Book a Demo

A Working Session, Not a Product Tour

Most ERP demos show you a polished workflow on invented data, which tells you nothing about whether it fits your business. We spend the first half on your process and only then show the system, using your terminology and your documents. It is 45 minutes with someone who builds these systems.

50+ ERP and software projects. Zero failed projects since 2021.

Why It Is Structured This Way

A demo on invented data proves nothing

Every ERP looks excellent when the demonstrator controls the scenario. The useful question is what happens at your awkward edge cases.

Your Process First

Fifteen minutes of listening before anything is shown

We want the parts that do not fit a standard flow: the customer with different pricing rules, the approval that always gets bypassed, the report finance rebuilds by hand each month. Those are what decide whether a system suits you, and they never appear in a prepared demonstration.

  • Your real flow, including the workarounds.
  • Edge cases surfaced early rather than after signing.
  • Your terminology used, not the software vendor's.

Including the Limits

We will tell you what it does badly

Ten minutes of the call are reserved for gaps: what needs configuration, what needs custom development and what the system genuinely does not handle well. Finding that out now costs you nothing. Finding it out in month four of an implementation costs a great deal.

  • Gaps named in the call, not discovered later.
  • Custom development flagged with rough effort.
  • A recommendation not to proceed is a valid outcome.

Before the Call

Four things that make it worth more

None of these are required. The call works without them, it just goes deeper with them.

✓
Your three biggest time losses
The tasks that eat the most hours each week and who does them. This is more useful than any feature list.
✓
A real document or two
An invoice, a work order or a report you rely on. Seeing your actual output tells us more than a description.
✓
Whoever does the work
Bring a person from the affected team, not only management. They know the workarounds that matter.
✓
Your awkward question
The thing you suspect no vendor will answer straight. Ask it early in the call while there is time to explore it.
Afterwards

What happens once the call ends

1
A written summary
What we understood, the gaps we found and the rough effort, sent within two working days.
2
You decide
Take the summary to your team. It is written to be useful even if you go elsewhere.
3
Scope if you want to
A paid scoping exercise produces a fixed price and date for phase one.
4
Or not
No sequence of follow-up calls. One check-in, then we leave you alone.
5
Come back later
Plenty of customers book again a year on. The summary is still valid when they do.

Pick a Time That Suits You

45 minutes on your own process, with someone who builds these systems rather than a salesperson. You will get a written summary afterwards whether or not you take it further.
